Found the new Dress-Up ponies in Toys R Us today, Pinkie Pie wearing a party hat, Toola-Roola in a baret and Scootaloo in a cowboy... er... girl... hat. I only bought Pinkie Pie and Toola-Roola, I don't really DO orange ponies. By chance I looked on the Toys R Us website and looked at the catalogue and saw the buy 2 get one free deal on some of the basics. I only went to Toys R Us today to make sure I didn't miss any obvious advertisement for it because there was no way I would have passed that one up if I knew about it! As always, MLP stuff rarely scans and the check-out woman asked if they were in a catalogue and I showed her but said I weren't sure if they were included (I also bought Soda Float). She put them all through under the 3 for 2 deal so I'm a happy chappy! With only 3 days left of the sale, I'm tempted to go back and get some more but it takes forever when they don't scan and I might have to pay $30 in the end anyway.

I actually went back today in search of the big sister little sister ballet ponies (kmart didn't have them - on the last day of the 25% off sale I decide I desperately need them, typical!). I think the dress-up ponies were unpacked by mistake as when I went there I only saw four and when I was there today, only one Pinkie Pie and Scootaloo remained. That said, I didn't do the famous MLP fanatic search for others when I was there the first time. You know the one, you've done it, were you madly look at every single box on every single row, get on your hands and knees, give your handbag to whoever happens to be with you or better yet, make them hold a leaning tower of ponies in their hands so they are safe while you make up your mind on which ones you want.
Back to my point... I think someone probably unpacked them by accident thinking it was a box of basic ponies since there are tons of them on show but that does mean they have them are they should be out soon. I caved in and ended up buying Scootaloo, I decided she looked sassy in her hat. It also makes sense since they don't have the code for them on them on the computers and I got to look like an idiot again (for the same check out woman too).
Nevertheless, I couldn't justify spending the full $20 on the big sister little sister ponies and they had enough sets so hopefully another sale is in the works or kmart had better get some more ponies soon because damnit, I want ponies in tutus for cheap!

Found the 2nd lot of Dress-up ponies in K-mart today, only Royal Bouquet and Tropical "something or other", can't be sure of her name, she was in a hula skirt and my friend promptly told me to put her down as I ohh and ahh'ed over her as she'd buy it for me for Christmas. Royal Bouquet had a balloon animal hat.
Kmart also had the ice cream truck and collector tin set of ponies back in stock.

After seeing the carpark at 8am when I get there for work and then the crowds at lunch I'm surprised there's anything left on any shelves in the entire centre! lol

Yeah KMart Chaddie had some of those dress up ponies too! - triple Treat, Royal Bouquet, Strawberry Swirl and Tropical Surprise. Did everyone know that there are two versions of the Tropical Surprise? When I say two versions one has a green skirt with orange necklace and the other has an orange skirt and green necklace.

Target Southland have Scootaloo, Toola Roola, Pinkie Pie & Strawberry Swirl (all with hats) by the shelf load.
20% of toys means they were $7.99 each.
BTW, if you collect LPS as well Target also had the Spring Basket (5 pets) - gorgeous for $15.99.
