This is what was available at the South Anchorage Target, didn't check the Muldoon one, I figure they are about the same. Target seems to be much more consistent on prices. While I was there they were in the process of stocking the newest stuff, so I don't have prices for a few things.
Target exclusive Canterlot stuff-
Canterlot Sister Set with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna (the one with regular sized Luna and hard plastic Celestia figurine): $12.99
Canterlot Castle (large) playset with Shine Bright Luna and Pinkie Pie: No price posted
Celebration at Canterlot Castle (small) Playset with Shine Bright Twilight Sparkle and new character Starbeam Twinkle: $21.99
Canterlot Shine Bright Assortment (singles of Fluttershy and new [?] version of Pinkie Pie) : $8.99
Canterlot Fashion set with Luna and Princess Celestia (Fashion Pony sized): $32.99
Regular (non-exclusive) ponies:
"G3.5" Rainbow Dash RC car: $22.99
Playful Ponies assortment(note a while back I saw Cheerilee and Lily Blossom there, but they were no longer there this time): $5.64
Fashion Pony assortment (PP and Rarity): $15.99
Princess Celestia: $24.49
Vehicle Assortment (AJ's Farm Truck and Rarity's Carriage): $12.99
Riding Along assortment: $10.99
AJ's Sweet Apple Barn: $16.79
Twilight Sparkle's Twinkle Balloon: $16.99
Rarity's Carousel Boutique (w/ Rarity and new unicorn): $32.99
So Soft Newborn Pinkie Pie: $32.99
So Soft Newborn Sweetie Belle: $17.99
Twilight Sparkle Animated Storyteller Plush: $32.99
Plush Twilight Sparkle (didn't see Pinkie Pie, though I am sure they will have her): $23.99 (not sure on this price... the prices on the shelf I found her were a bit mixed up, not everything was stocked yet)
I saw a price tag for "My Little Pony DVD $10.99", but there was nothing on the shelf above the tag, so I have no clue what DVDs this could be.
There was also lots of FiM merchandise, including some items that might be exclusive to Target? Little girl's dress-up stuff and the like.

i bought the plush pinkie pie storyteller last oct-nov 2010 and gave it to my niece for christmas, i loved it, it kind of reminded me of teddy ruxpin
i really wanted to keep it for myself! lol
when i saw the new twilight sparkle one at target i wanted to buy it for her too, but i'm afraid my bro and sis-n-law are pony haters.
it's a shame i can't force her which toys to like, especially since i've started collecting strawberry shortcake and rainbow brite toys for her.
oh PS, i saw an advertisement for 20% off all canterlot my little pony gear at target

I didn't realize there had been a Pinkie Pie one, I kind of fell out of the pony loop for a while. Still struggling to keep up. Sorry to hear about your bro and SIL. I don't have nieces (or nephews), but I do have some really young cousins. One of my aunts tried to get her daughters interested in ponies when she found out I collected them, though I think that was just in hopes of getting free stuff out of me. She is like that. Wish I had known about the 20% off thing, though I wouldn't have been able to get anything... I am inching very close to being broke.
