Not sure what is up, but last time I was here, there was the Library and various other boards.
I find no explanation anywhere as to where they are now..... nor do I know how to get to them.
Can someone explain, or direct me to a help post ..... Ive looked but nothing is recent, and the list of boards stated.... well Im not seeing half of those, eventhough Im signed in.

Hi! We have had a massive facelift to the board recently and during those changes some of the boards have been made only available to people with higher post counts. If you have further questions please feel free to pm me or another mod on the board. Thanks!

if you build up your post count you will be able to see them. but you can always pm a mod and ask questions.

Umm, well since I can see near nothing, its going to be very difficult to increase a post count when there are no boards to post on LOL
Dont worry, If I cant see what I might be interesting in posting in, then its extremely difficult..... Ive no idea whether Id be interested as I cant see it to start with.....
If the boards really only support those with high post counts, then Its really selective.

Well, this makes me sad. I've been a member here and contributing since 2004, and yet all of a sudden I can't access all the boards I used to. You say you want higher post counts, but how am I supposed to post anything of any quality if it's only on the boards I have access to? Am I supposed to make little half-hearted posts just to get my count up? I've also been a member of the MLP community for 10 years, and I have lots of experience and other qualities to share.. it's sad that something silly like a post count is keeping me from my potential here. I'm not sure when these changes happened, but I don't like them. And that's just my honest opinion--I don't know how you expect to get more traffic to this board this way. I'd like to post here regularly.. I'm just disinclined right now.

i changed their member group.
they should have full access.
the change was not meant to punish long time members. it was meant to encourage new members to participate.
